Job Summary
A Furniture Carpenter is responsible for constructing, repairing, and finishing wooden furniture and fixtures according to specifications. This role involves reading blueprints or drawings, selecting appropriate materials, measuring and cutting wood, assembling furniture components, and applying finishes such as stains or varnishes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to construct furniture pieces.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
- Repair or restore damaged furniture, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
- Sand, stain, paint, or varnish finished products to achieve desired finishes.
- Install completed furniture or fixtures as needed at client locations or within facilities.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with designers, clients, or project managers to ensure accurate execution of designs
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate is required
