Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive guests and make sure they are properly attended to.
- Provide basic clerical duties such as photocopying, record filing, posting information, and distributing mail, as required
- Cover all incoming calls quickly and effectively; must address issues effectively and expeditiously at all times
- Coordinate the scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling of guests’ appointments and bookings as required.
- Assist guests to fill out information forms as necessary.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same role.
- Good Communication skills, Good knowledge of the computer including excel, Extremely Good attitude, and Great Customer service and sales Skills
- Candidate must have experience in working in a hotel, must know how to use applications BizEdege and ZIBlock
