Successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales by generating leads & executing strategic cold Email campaigns, using Email automation tools & CRM systems such as Mailchimp, Instantly, Appollo Constant Contact, Hubspot, etc

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and execute strategic cold email campaigns to target businesses for janitorial and facility management services.
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects within target industries and verticals.
- Craft compelling email content and subject lines that capture attention, spark interest, and encourage action.
- Personalize email messaging to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Utilize email automation tools and CRM systems to manage email lists, schedule campaigns, and track performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on email elements, including subject lines, content, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospects via email and other communication channels to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve targeted sales figure and align online marketing efforts with overall sales objectives.
- Manage online marketing and social media marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales-focused email marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging email content.
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Instantly, Appollo Constant Contact, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns and prospecting tactics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
