The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling reservations, and ensuring an excellent front-office experience. She will work closely with other departments to provide seamless hospitality services.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Liaise with cleaners, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle reservations across booking platforms and update availability as needed.
  • Maintain front desk organization and uphold a welcoming environment.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • IT literacy and familiarity with booking/reservation systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
