Wee seek to hire a Front Desk Officer to join our team.
- Minimum Qualification:OND
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Welcome customers and listen to their complaints. After which you will direct them to the Service advisor who takes up the complains to liaise with the workshop
- You will be required to prepare job estimates and invoices using Microsoft Excel.
- Answers phone calls courteously
- Guides guests and issues guest badges
- Handles client complaints
- Files documents
- Maintains schedules
- Responds to customer inquiries
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Front Desk Officer
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different groups of people
- Multitasking abilities
- Efficient time management skills
- This position is preferably open to female
- High English proficiency
- Customer care relationship skills
Renumeration: NGN70,000 Monthly
