Fine Arts/Cultural & Creative Arts Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in Cultural and Creative Arts in line with curriculum standards.
• Introduce students to various art forms including drawing, painting, sculpture, music, dance, drama, and cultural heritage.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that stimulate creativity and critical thinking.
• Organize exhibitions, performances, or school projects that showcase students’ artistic talents.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support improvement and growth.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development programs, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Provide mentorship and nurture students with artistic potential and interest.
• Offer additional creative or technical skills that enrich students' learning experiences.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education with a specialization in Fine Arts, Cultural & Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable private school.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong creative, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in multiple art forms or creative disciplines.
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
• Additional skills in areas such as digital design, crafts, music, or drama will be an added advantage.
