Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Field Training Supervisors to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of field staff across various locations. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions using company-approved materials to ensure all staff understand and adhere to operational procedures and standards. Training may be conducted via WhatsApp voice notes, Zoom calls, or physical visits, depending on the team's location.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily training sessions to field staff using checklists, manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure trainees comprehend and consistently implement company processes and policies.
- Conduct training sessions through WhatsApp voice notes, Zoom, or in-person visits, depending on regional needs.
- Submit daily reports detailing trainee attendance, content covered, training outcomes, and feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance post-training to ensure knowledge retention and operational consistency.
- Provide feedback to management on training effectiveness and recommend areas for improvement.
- Enforce compliance with company standards, ensuring consistency across all teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions and clarifications.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain complex tasks in simple clear language
- Strong organizational and record-keeping ability
- Confidence using WhatsApp Zoom and Google Sheets Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and follow structured systems
- Leadership and people management skills
- Punctuality and daily task accountability
- Field training or supervisory experience is an added advantage
