We are a dynamic real estate firm specializing in premium properties and exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a polished, vibrant female Content Creator with a strong sense of style and presentation to be the face of our brand across digital platforms. As our Content Creator, you will host property tours, present lifestyle content, and tell brand stories with confidence and professionalism. You will work on preparing script and with prepared scripts to create engaging video content across social media and other marketing channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Present and host engaging video content for property listings, brand storytelling, and lifestyle features.
- Read and deliver prepared scripts naturally and clearly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Create social media content, posts, and short-form videos.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, property locations, and client showcases.
- Travel independently to project sites (ability to drive required).
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, digital marketing, and real estate branding.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, media presentation, or digital marketing (portfolio required).
- Strong on-camera presence, excellent communication, and storytelling skills.
- Polished and vibrant professional appearance.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends.
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
- Basic use of CapCut, Canva, or similar tools (not advanced editing).
- Prior experience hosting lifestyle videos, brand campaigns, or property tours.
- Strong sense of style, poise, and professional presentation.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative.
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly + Commissions
