Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for seasonal collections, product launches, and brand collaborations.
- Manage and grow the brand across all channels—online and offline—including social media, email marketing, influence partnerships, PR, events, and retail.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact visual and written content that reflects the brand’s identity.
- Lead the planning and execution of fashion events, pop-ups, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics based on data and ROI.
