Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and guide designers, production staff, and sales teams, define clear objectives and ensure their achievement.
- Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and suppliers, address challenges, and find solutions to operational issues.
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute production plans, ensuring timely delivery of products, implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, monitor and control production costs without compromising quality.
- Stay informed about current and emerging fashion trends, develop and implement design strategies that align with the brand's identity, and select and source high-quality materials.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends
- Develop and implement brand strategies to build recognition and maintain relevance.
- Oversee sales efforts and ensure achievement of sales targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research fashion trends and be active on social media.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
