Job Summary
The Creative Assistant will support the creative team in executing design concepts, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining the overall brand aesthetic for our women’s wear collection. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Creative Director to design outfits.
- Acting as first point of contact, handling all communication with clients including emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram dm, virtual and physical consultations and interfacing with walk-in clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative projects, including photo shoots, lookbooks, and marketing campaigns.
- Attend to client fittings in-studio and outside, during events and photoshoot sessions.
- Creating digital sketches and moodboards for clients.
- Collaborate with other all other departments to ensure that the brand's aesthetic is consistently represented across all platforms.
- Researching and designing fashion forward ideas for varying client briefs.
- Provide general administrative support, prepare weekly plans and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Must have passion fashion and in-depth knowledge for tailoring techniques, fabric types, garment construction.
- Must have a keen understanding of current industry trends.
- A degree in Fashion or design related fields will be an advantage)
- Digital illustration skills is a must and must be able to create mood boards.
- Must be smart, highly creative, detail oriented, well organized with the ability to single-handedly manage multiple projects.
- Must be able to solve problems and execute strategies without supervision.
- Excellent managerial skills and communication skills.
- Great customer relations skills.
- Record keeping skills- must be able to operate
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
