Farm Marketer / Sales Representative
Job summary
To promote, market, and sell farm products to customers, retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers, ensuring consistent product demand, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and approach new customers, retailers, restaurants, and distributors
- Promote farm products, including poultry, pigs, fish, and processed farm products
- Negotiate prices within the approved company pricing structure
- Open new sales channels and distribution outlets
- Conduct field visits to markets, stores, and businesses to introduce farm products
- Identify new market opportunities and report findings to management
- Promote and protect the company image and product quality standards
- Number of new customers acquired monthly
- Sales revenue generated
- Customer retention rate
- Market coverage expansion
- Customer satisfaction feedback
- Timely submission of sales reports
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s in any field.
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic record-keeping and reporting ability
- Persuasion and negotiation skills

- Basic digital marketing awareness (WhatsApp, social media sales)

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
