Job summary
A Facility/Guest Assurance Officer is responsible for maintaining high standards of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The officer monitors facility conditions, ensures services meet quality standards, and promptly addresses guest concerns to enhance the overall experience.

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and public areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper lighting, and functional equipment.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service.
- Assist and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor safety procedures and report hazards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
- Ensure facility standards and service quality are maintained.
- Report maintenance or operational issues to management.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and guest feedback.
