Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the schedules, itinerary and arranging meetings for the MD
- Distributing memos and reports and ensuring everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions and implementing them as required
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
- Ensuring the security of files and filing systems
- Managing day-to-day communication with key partners: Vendors, and Partner Agencies
- Managing Budget effectively, including estimate and invoicing management and reporting
- Preparing Quotations (Real and Proposed) and other documents as directed by the MD
- Handling correspondence/emails between the company and the external environment (which includes foreign partners, clients, etc.)
- Overseeing the functionality of the company's web portal and other social media pages.
- Provide general administrative support
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Office/Showroom
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
- Assist in the company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
- Other duties as assigned by the MD.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc/HND in Accountancy, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance, and other related disciplines
- 2 - 4 years of working experience as an Administrative Staff, Executive Assistant, and Accountant
- Excellent leadership and organizational qualities
- Strong mathematical literacy and data analytics
- Age between 27 - 35yrs.
Location: Candidates residing around Magodo phase I & II, Ojodu- Berger, Ketu-Ikosi, Alausa- Ikeja, Ogudu- Ojota, and its environs are preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
