1. To handle Admnistrative work for the office, which includes: Preparation of Invoices for clients, waybill etc....
2. Setting up of Microsoft Outlook for the staff, reply clients and partners email.....
3. Take minutes during meetings with clients/partners.....
4. Represent the company at meetings.
5. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel iteneries for MD and other Top management executives....
6.Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems...
.7.Acting as the point of contact between the MD, Clients, partners and internal or external colleagues. 8. Prepare report on Business activities as it affects the MD/CEO of the company....etc

-This person must be dynamic and computer literate - HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised higher Institution.
-Minimum of 2 years work Experience in the following Dept: HR, Admin, Account etc.
- Fluent in written and Spoken English.
- Must be btw 24 and 33 yrs Old.
-Resident of Magodo Estate Phase II and its environs
Salary: 80,000 - 100,000
