Job summary
We need a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an interior design company. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling administrative tasks, and supporting project documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-ups
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle office operations, vendor relations, and supplies management
- Assist in organizing reports, proposals, invoices, and project dockets
- Support internal team communications and occasional event planning
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and document compliance
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and operational efficiency at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years’ experience in executive support, admin, or office management roles
- Strong Microsoft Office & Google Workspace skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus
