Job Description

  • To assist CEO in organizing Media, Public and Customer Relations plan and activities for the company

  • To assist CEO in managing day-to-day engagements


Reporting Relationships Roles

Reports To:

  • Chief Executive Officer


Supervises:

  • Office Assistant

  • Front Desk Personnel (if separated in future)


Roles

  • Executive Assistant to the CEO

  • Media & PR Coordinator

  • Customer Relationship Management Champion

  • Events Manager


Responsibilities 

  1. Executive Assistant to the CEO

  • Maintains the calendar of the CEO and notifies the head of changes

  • Sets up meetings as instructed or as required, notifying all parties

  • Attends to visitors of the CEO

  1. Media & PR Coordinator

  • Provides requisite input (information, artwork, content) to the media personnel and the general public

  • Assists in developing the Company’s overall public relations strategy

  • Assists in planning and executing PR plans and programs

  • Identifies events that the company could sponsor

  • Assists with the design and execution of targeted campaigns

  • Identifies customer PR needs and in the distribution of corporate gifts to customers

  • Carries out any other duties as assigned

  1. Customer Relationship Management Champion

  • Manages primary customer interface: i.e. Front Desk and Telephones

  • Be sensitive to client’s needs at all times during the design and execution of solutions and always aim towards their satisfaction

  1. Events Manager

  • Design, plan and execute events working with the CEO and external parties (partners, consultants, etc)

  • Effectiveness of the adverts and public relations efforts of the Company

  • Customer Satisfaction Feedback

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 1st Degree/HND (or Masters) in any field (minimum of 2:1 or its equivalent)

  • Minimum of 2 years Post-NYSC Experience
