Evangelical Pastor

Responsibilities:

• Preach the undiluted Word of God with boldness, love, and truth
• Lead regular evangelistic outreaches, revival meetings, and community missions
• Train and equip members in personal evangelism and disciple-making
• Organise Spirit-led prayer meetings, Bible studies, and faith-building services
• Shepherd the congregation with wisdom, compassion, and spiritual integrity
• Foster a church culture centred on soul-winning, holiness, and purpose
• Provide pastoral care through visitation, counselling, and mentorship
• Mobilise the church for local and regional mission efforts

Requirements:

• A clear testimony of salvation and a calling into pastoral ministry
• Sound evangelical doctrine and firm belief in the authority of Scripture
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in church leadership, evangelism, and discipleship
• Diploma or degree in Theology, Ministry, or Biblical Studies (preferred)
• Effective communicator and passionate Gospel preacher
• A life marked by prayer, integrity, and service

Desirable Qualities:

• Deep passion for lost souls and commitment to the Great Commission
• Spirit-led, prayerful, and grounded in biblical truth
• Able to raise and mentor leaders for ministry and outreach
• Humble, teachable, and aligned with the mission of Love Heritage Ministry
• Familiarity with media-based evangelism and outreach tools (optional)

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
