Mission :Work with the technical department to ensure equipment longevity Ensure cleanliness, control and compliance with health and safety regulations Research and propose new products and/or methods Implement technical and organizational procedures Ensure recruitment Train employees Organize the induction and integration of new employees Conduct annual appraisal interviews and set objectives Ensure communication within the department and with other departments Draw up schedules in line with activity forecasts Participate in the preparation of various departmental budgets.
Profile :Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotels Good command of English (Mandatory) Great reactivity Great sense of service.
