Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes student learning and behavior.
- Instruction and Assessment: Deliver instruction, assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communication: Communicate with parents and guardians through regular progress reports, parent-teacher conferences, and other means.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, share best practices, and support student learning.
- Student Support: Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special needs, English language learners, and gifted students.
- Classroom Organization: Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and curriculum standards.
