Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance learning experiences and school-wide events.
- Engage in continuous professional development and uphold the school's vision and values.
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in an early years setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
