Responsibilities:

Online Store Management

• Upload and maintain product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs)
  
• Ensure product information is accurate and optimized for search (SEO)
  
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with in-store stock
  
• Update website banners, promotions, and seasonal collections

Order Fulfillment

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently
  
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of products
  
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds
  
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
• Provide product recommendations and beauty advice when needed
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues appropriately
  
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
  
• Support social media content and product launches
  
• Identify trends and recommend new products or improvements

Administrative & Reporting

• Generate weekly sales and inventory reports
  
• Maintain organized digital records
• Support marketplace platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc., if applicable)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1+ year experience in retail or e-commerce
  
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory management systems (Preferred)
  
• Experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc. (Preferred)
• Preferably Female 
• Proximity to the location is important. 

Renumeration: NGN 80,000-NGN 100,000
