Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Director, or Senior Program Manager in a similar role.
- Strong background in designing and managing large-scale training programs.
- Experience in strategic planning and program implementation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong network and established relationships with key government and industry stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage training budgets.
