Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Market Penetration & Customer Acquisition:

  • Actively prospect and identify high-potential customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and direct field engagement.
  • Turn every territory into a growth engine.


Consultative Selling & Deal Closure:

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and position tailored, value-driven solutions that convert.


Negotiation & Revenue Growth:

  • Lead pricing discussions confidently and secure profitable, sustainable agreements that drive long-term business value.


Pipeline Management & Performance Execution:

  • Track, manage, and optimize your sales pipeline using CRM tools. Follow up strategically, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximize conversions.
  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Relationship Building & Retention


Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Adapt quickly and maintain a strong market advantage.
  • Consistently achieve — and exceed — revenue targets and KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience in direct or field sales is a strong plus.
  • Confident negotiator and a strong closer.
  • Results-oriented performer.
  • Organized and disciplined Mindset, Target-driven and competitive.
  • Resilient under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive.
