Responsibilities:
Market Penetration & Customer Acquisition:
- Actively prospect and identify high-potential customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and direct field engagement.
- Turn every territory into a growth engine.
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure:
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs deeply and position tailored, value-driven solutions that convert.
Negotiation & Revenue Growth:
- Lead pricing discussions confidently and secure profitable, sustainable agreements that drive long-term business value.
Pipeline Management & Performance Execution:
- Track, manage, and optimize your sales pipeline using CRM tools. Follow up strategically, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximize conversions.
- Build strong, trust-based customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Relationship Building & Retention
Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Adapt quickly and maintain a strong market advantage.
- Consistently achieve — and exceed — revenue targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Experience in direct or field sales is a strong plus.
- Confident negotiator and a strong closer.
- Results-oriented performer.
- Organized and disciplined Mindset, Target-driven and competitive.
- Resilient under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – NGN 300,000
