The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers directly
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and outreach
- Present and sell company products and services
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in meeting customers and pitching products
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
