Direct Sales Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary duty will be to promote our financial products and acquire new customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new people daily, and is motivated by a performance-based commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new customers through door-to-door prospecting, market storms and cold calling.
- Educate potential clients on our products, explaining the benefits and terms clearly.
- Assist customers with the digital registration process ensuring all KYC documents are accurate and complete.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and encourage repeat business.
- Collect and report insights on competitor activities and customer pain points to help improve our product offerings.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for new accounts and volume.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales (experience in Microfinance, Banking, Insurance or FMCG is an advantage).
- Must be tech savvy and able to comfortably use mobile apps and CRM tools for data entry and reporting.
- Must have strong negotiation skills, be resilient, and have a "customer-first" mindset.
- Must be fluent in English, reside in Lagos, and be willing to be on the field 80%-90% of the time.
