Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused real estate sales agent to represent Beet Limited’s projects and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships and delivering a professional and seamless customer experience from initial enquiry to closing.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Beet Limited’s real estate projects and property offerings
- Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client consultations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, and documentation
- Guide clients through the sales process, negotiations, and closing procedures
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
