Direct Sales Agent
Job summary
The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for field-based direct sales and marketing of the company’s financial products across Lagos Mainland and other assigned areas. The role focuses on customer acquisition, deposit and investment mobilization, account opening, and achieving set sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new customers across Lagos Mainland and assigned locations
- Market savings, investment, and related financial products through direct selling
- Open customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation
- Mobilize deposits and investments in line with company targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on clients to ensure retention and repeat business
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, finance, insurance, telecoms, or FMCG is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment
- Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland is highly preferred
Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN 200,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Incentives:
- Performance-based incentives of up to ₦500,000 monthly

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (Excludes public holidays (unless required by business needs))

- Primary deployment: Isolo & Trade Fair Axis
- Customer coverage is not limited to these locations
