Direct Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new customers across Lagos Mainland and assigned locations
  
• Market savings, investment, and related financial products through direct selling
  
• Open customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation
  
• Mobilize deposits and investments in line with company targets
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  
• Follow up on clients to ensure retention and repeat business
  
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
  
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
  
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, finance, insurance, telecoms, or FMCG is an added advantage
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
  
• Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment
  
• Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland is highly preferred

Benefits:

• Remuneration: NGN 200,000  per month (based on experience and performance)
  

Incentives:

• Performance-based incentives of up to ₦500,000 monthly
