The role focuses on field-level business generation, client relationship building, and brand visibility for the Finance Company Limited.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Loan Marketing:
- Actively source new customers for the company’s loan products across retail, SME, corporate, and multilateral sectors.
- Conduct door-to-door, market, and digital outreach campaigns to onboard borrowers and clients.
- Work collaboratively with the assigned Credit Team Lead to execute targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Educate potential clients on the company's loan products, credit terms, and repayment obligations.
- Capture and forward accurate customer information and documentation for loan processing.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with both new and existing customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support customers through the loan application process — ensuring completeness and accuracy of required documents.
- Follow up with clients for repayment reminders and renewal opportunities.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Technology and Reporting:
- Utilize smartphones and mobile applications for client registration, documentation upload, and reporting activities.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports electronically to the Team Lead.
- Use digital tools and dashboards to track leads, conversions, and client feedback.
Brand Promotion:
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador of the company Limited during marketing events, activations, and community engagements.
- Participate in market storm campaigns, roadshows, and product promotions as scheduled by the department.
- Uphold and communicate the company’s brand values and customer service standards at all times.
Performance Indicators (Qualitative):
- Loan Acquisition: Steady increase in loan volumes generated and approved
- Conversion Rate: High ratio of qualified leads to disbursed loans.
- Client Retention: Sustained relationships and repeat client activity.
- Data Accuracy: Completeness and timeliness of client documentation.
- Conduct and Professionalism: Compliance with ethical marketing and brand guidelines.
- Technology Utilization: Effective use of mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of direct sales or marketing experience (preferably in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Must own and operate a smartphone (Android or iOS) and be comfortable with mobile applications.
- Field mobility and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- High ethical standards, discipline, and target orientation.
