We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising.
  • Develop engaging content for various platforms (blogs, website, email, social media).
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website for lead generation and user experience.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies and apply them to marketing activities.
  • Manage social media accounts and grow community engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage Google Ads and/or other PPC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers) to create high-converting landing pages and marketing assets.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with major digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
