Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company brand, history, values, tone of voice, and strategic direction. Use it as a guide when conceptualizing and designing.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with creative and marketing teams to develop high-quality images, web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Develop unique out-of-the-box ideas and concepts, and execute original content, determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout that project brand identity and message
- Manage the design and uploading process of all product, platform, project, and promotional material, utilizing best practices that guarantee security, safety, and high standards of all creative assets
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Plan all concepts by first digesting senior management instruction or internal customer’s brief, studying relevant information and materials
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, developers, marketing companies, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing design tasks requested/required by other units within the organization
- Communicating with clients about layout and design when needed
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Proactively develop designs and illustrations based on the projected needs of the brand and its products/platforms, not just when requested.
- Join the creative team to analyze potential new products/platforms/users/media to ensure they enhance the marketing efforts and image of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Graphics Designer
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma
- Knowledge of basic graphics design tool
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
