Job summary
The Deputy Registrar Academics will be responsible for managing academic programmes, coordinating admissions, maintaining student records, processing examinations, and ensuring all accreditation documentation is in order.

Responsibilities:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage academic records and oversee institutional compliance.
- Experience in leadership and team collaboration within an academic or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with academic standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Higher Education Management, or related field (advanced degree (master's) preferred).
- Prior experience working in a registrar's office or similar academic administrative role is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Management, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in academic administration (7–10 years strongly preferred).
- Strong organisational and records management skills.
- Familiarity with Nigerian higher education regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
