Young Million Voices (YMV) is looking for a Creative Manager to lead the artistic direction, storytelling, and experience design.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and quality of all creative experiences rehearsals, concerts, camps, content, and communications
- Supervise and mentor choreographers, music teachers, performance coaches, designers, and content creators
- Design stage concepts, show scripts, visual storytelling, and transitions for arena concerts and public showcases
- Guide the creation of video content, choreography packs, music video shoots, and social media storytelling
- Ensure all outputs reflect the vibrancy, values, and voice of the YMV brand
- Infuse global trends, Nigerian flair, and youth-friendly innovation into every project and platform
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creative direction, stage/event production, youth media, or performance arts leadership
- Experience working with youth, schools, church programs, or large creative teams
- Strong knowledge of music, choreography, or storytelling-based campaigns
- Able to manage timelines, deadlines, and production calendars
- Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong collaboration, team leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with event scripting, performance staging, and rehearsal coordination is a major plus
