Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize and create visuals based on requirements
• Brainstorm concepts, work with team members to develop concepts, and ensure that the final design is aligned with company standards.
• Develop and create illustrations, logos, and other designs using applicable software
• Work with copywriters and content creators to produce the final design
• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email signature templates, social media graphics & brand campaign designs
• Create various materials, such as brochures, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, engaging, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency or a corporate communications/marketing role
• Proven creative designing experience
• A strong portfolio 
• Proficiency in using design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of digital communications and/or digital media
• Knowledge and understanding of the digital media role within integrated communications
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, and integrated marketing communication theory and practice
• Must be comfortable working both independently and as a team
• Should possess strong design sensibilities and technical skills.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
