We are out for a unique & talented Creative 3D Video Editor (remote) to convert scripts into 8–20-min YouTube documentaries. Build low-poly or infographic scenes in Blender (or similar), edit in Resolve/Premiere, composite in After Effects/Fusion, handle colour, sound, thumbnails, metadata, and deliver polished 4K masters.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- 3D Animation & Realism: Build low-poly, technical, or infographic scenes in Blender (or similar) and push them toward believable scale, lighting, and camera motion.
- AI 3D Asset Creation & Kling Animation – Generate or upscale meshes/images with ChatGPT, Meshy.ai, Kaedim3D, Spline AI, Luma AI Genie, Stable Video 3D, etc.; then refine, rig, and animate them in Kling (or a comparable AI-driven tool) so they merge flawlessly with Blender scenes.
- Editing & Pacing: Assemble VO, music, and renders in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere; structure hooks, chapters, and pay-offs for high retention.
- Compositing & Graphics: Add AE/Fusion call-outs, maps, and stats; grade for a cohesive, realistic look.
- Sound Effects & Mix: Source or create SFX, ambience, and transitions; balance with music and dialogue for an immersive, broadcast-ready mix.
- Delivery: Output polished 4 K masters plus Shorts-ready vertical crops; create thumbnails, chapters, titles, and SEO metadata.
- Workflow: Keep project files, proxies, and LUTs organised on our cloud NAS; iterate quickly on remote feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years editing or motion-design experience with proven 3D work.
- Advanced Blender (or equivalent) and After Effects or Fusion.
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere for narrative assembly, colour, and sound.
- Portfolio matching styles like Fern/Simplicissimus, Kurzgesagt, Real Engineering, or comparable.
- Strong English communication and disciplined file management.
Additional skill:
- Storyboarding or script-writing for explainers.
- AI tools (Stable Diffusion, ControlNet) for rapid texture or concept passes
- Spatial-audio or 5.1 mixing experience.
