Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and publish high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, blogs, newsletters, etc.).
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft targeted messaging across platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep our brand relevant.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights.
- Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns to drive engagement and brand love.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative digital work (attach or link your work).
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Gen Z and Millennial culture, trends, and content styles.
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating impact.
Additional skills:
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Short-form video editing expertise.
