Computer Operator

Responsibilities:

• Regular cafe operations
• Assist with online registrations, laminating and binding
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Integrity to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business data
  
• Time management and organization skills for prioritizing tasks accurately based on a production schedule
• Verbal communication to explain complex technical information to users with little technical knowledge
• Keen attention to deal, critical thinking, and analysis skills
• Ensuring customers are professionally attended to on a daily basis
  
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of an OND certificate
• The operator must have relevant knowledge of the use of office applications such as Corel Draw, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to attend to work without supervision
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience in business support center management will be added advantage
