Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for recruitment and career services.
- Close leads effectively and convert prospects into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Present and explain service offerings clearly, highlighting the value of each solution
- Meet and exceed acquisition and sales targets, contributing to business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach and client engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
- Proven track record of closing leads and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HR, recruitment, or career services is a strong plus
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 + 10–15% commission on sales + performance-based incentives
