Our client is seeking a proactive and result-driven Client Acquisition Manager responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new client opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Develop and execute effective client acquisition and sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals confidently
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover
- Track acquisition performance and provide regular reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any field (Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage)
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (real estate experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and excellent with follow-ups
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, social media, and digital communication platforms
