Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Scan items, verify prices, and ensure correct billing.
- Receive and handle cash, card, and other payment methods securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change when necessary.
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional checkout area.
- Assist with bagging items and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Report pricing errors, system issues, or discrepancies to management.
- Support store operations and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
