Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
Promote and sell the company’s loan products, proof of funds services, and business registration services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in loan origination, retail credit sales, fintech business development, or customer acquisition within Nigeria’s financial services industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting client relationships.
Strong understanding of personal loan products, proof of funds services, and business registration processes, including CAC documentation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to consistently achieve sales goals.
Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
