Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential federal government employees who qualify for loan products.
  • Provide accurate information about loan offerings, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
  • Assist customers in completing applications and submitting required documentation through digital channels.
  • Maintain customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
  • Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Keep up-to-date with company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Manage and promote the company’s digital marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, and other online channels) to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Create engaging content and respond to customer inquiries on digital platforms in a professional manner.
  • Participate in sales training and continuous professional development.


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • A minimum of an HND in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles (NYSC or internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management, online advertising, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace tools and comfort using digital platforms.
  • Customer Relationship Management, Sales marketing, e-commerce, online marketing, admin, insurance sales, financial sales
