Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across software, training, and consulting services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis
- Work closely with the marketing team on content and campaign planning
- Track and report sales metrics, trends, and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing, specifically in a training, software, or consulting environment
- Demonstrated success in selling services and solutions, not just products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong content creation skills and ability to manage a social media presence
- Highly persuasive, confident, and client-focused
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Minimum of B.Sc. from an accredited institution
- Must be able to resume immediately
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
