Job summary
Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic market expansion. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct sales presentations and pitch company services to potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
Requirements:
- Experience in training, consulting, and healthcare is an added advantage
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsÂ
- Must reside in Lagos, Ikeja axis preferred.
