Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with prior experience in the auto industry to drive revenue growth, expand dealership and corporate partnerships, and grow market share. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, sales acumen, and a track record of closing profitable auto business deals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the auto sector (brand new car dealers, fleet owners, auto service providers, logistics companies, corporate fleets, etc.)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, andindustry events
- Develop strategic partnerships with auto dealerships, distributors, insurers, leasing companies, and fleet operators
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management in the auto or auto-related industry
- Proven experience selling auto products, services, fleet solutions, spare parts, insurance, leasing, or auto solutions
- Have a strong network of brand-new auto dealers
- Strong understanding of the auto market, brand new auto dealer networks, and customer buying behavior
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
