Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Abuja team.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Must be able to onboard more businesses (Supermarkets, gyms, corporate offices, banks, etc.).
- Must be able to grow product sales in these businesses (supermarkets, gyms, corporate offices, banks, etc.).
- Ability to sell value, not just products.
- Health & wellness knowledge is a plus.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Manage client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a University degree (B.Sc/B.A or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
- Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
