Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads and close profitable real estate deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies.
- Groom, mentor, and lead other members of the sales team.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate or similar sales roles.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and highly motivated by results.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Must be able to work under strict, high revenue-driven targets and achieve measurable results.
- Showcase a proven track record of successful deal closures in previous employment.
Location: Ikota, Lekki, Lagos
Work Type: On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Compulsory)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 500,000 + Attractive Performance-Based Commissions
