Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage board/table games such as chess, ludo, cards, scrabble, and others.
- Play professionally and competitively with customers to ensure a lively atmosphere.
- Train and guide new players to improve their skills and understanding of the games.
- Organize and supervise friendly matches, competitions, or mini-tournaments.
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of all game equipment and materials.
- Promote a positive and respectful gaming environment.
- Support lounge events and collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1-2 years experience
- Deep passion for board/tabletop games and general gaming culture.
- Ability to play multiple games proficiently and train others patiently.
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in demeanour.
- Willing to work under pressure, including weekends and peak hours.
- Eagerness to teach, learn, and grow within a community-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
