Job Summary

Your mission is to facilitate exceptional brand experiences that drive user conversion, utilising effective content marketing techniques. This will be achieved by delivering a consistent, seamless experience across all touchpoints and ensure that all materials (content) are relevant to them and in line with our brand guidelines and identity. With a strong emphasis on content management, your duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading.

● Campaign / Marketing Managers

Key Responsibilities

● Driving users down the conversion funnel. 

● Ensuring branded, personalized moments at each and every point of customer engagement. 

● Marketing and User touchpoint brand alignment and optimisation.

● Customer experience research. 

● Writing, editing and proofreading content. 

● Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. 

● Formulating a cross-platform content marketing strategy.

● Market Sales and Operations Managers

Skills Required 

● Strong passion for serving and understanding customers 

● Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills 

● Interpersonal skills to help them work with cross-functional teams

● Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help create a stronger brand, and improve the customer conversions

● Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts 

● Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus 

● An interest in psychology and behavioral science for qualitative research

● An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research 

● The ability to take responsibility and handle the pressure 

● Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports 

● Methodical and well organised
