FnV Lifestyle is a health lifestyle brand that helps Nigerian families eat better one meal at a time. We make fresh fruits and vegetables convenient: washed, cut, and ready for your kitchen. Our flagship channel is owned kiosks near major supermarkets in Port Harcourt, supported by home delivery, subscriptions, and B2B catering. We are pre-launch. Everything is being built from scratch the kiosks, the production, the customer base, the team. Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline, including cold outreach, lead generation, prospect qualification, meeting scheduling, proposal development, follow-up activities and deal closure
- Maintain a healthy and active pipeline at all times.
- Ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities into the sales funnel.
Manage Existing Standing-Order Accounts:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Ensure customer concerns and requests are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular account reviews and monthly check-ins.
- Escalate issues quickly when required.
- Drive customer retention and long-term account growth.
Lead Trial-to-Contract Conversions:
- Manage four-week product trials for prospective accounts.
- Clearly communicate trial terms and expectations.
- Monitor trial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Convert successful trials into recurring standing-order agreements.
Coordinate with Production and Operations:
- Work closely with operations co-founder and compliance lead
- Ensure customer commitments align with production capacity.
- Avoid overpromising volumes or timelines.
- Protect FnV’s quality standards throughout the sales process.
Support Team Development:
- Partner with the assigned operations team member supporting B2B activities.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and practical exposure to sales processes.
- Contribute to building the future B2B sales team.
Maintain Accurate Pipeline Reporting:
- Provide weekly pipeline updates to the co-founders.
- Report honestly on active opportunities, closed deals, lost opportunities, customer feedback, market insights and lessons learned
- Ensure pipeline reporting remains accurate and actionable.
Contribute Beyond the Role:
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting broader business needs.
- Take ownership of responsibilities beyond the formal job description when necessary.
- Embrace a startup mindset focused on business success rather than rigid role boundaries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND from an accredited institution.
- Two or more years in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience selling to restaurants, hotels, catering, FMCG, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and structured negotiation.
- Driver's licence and willing to be on the road most days. Some travel to Lagos and other cities over time.
- Lives in Port Harcourt or is willing to relocate.
